Destination unknown and no information what it will be used for.

It was probably visible on GE Images of early 2018 at the north-west side of the airport. Then later on a flatbed moving away from the airport. So likely not going to the Tianjin university compound at the airport (in which case it could easily have been towed there). Perhaps another location of the university.
