Need help for: Zhangzhou, China

MiG-17 in a city park.
A picture is known of it, posted on a Chinese forum. It says the plane is located in a park in Zhangzhou. Another MiG-17 with the same number (23107) is known to be in Jinhua, so some doubt about the correct location. It may in fact be a picture of the known plane in Jinhua.
