Need help for: Yelizovo, Russia

Mi-8 in use as bedroom.
Somewhere at the foot of the mountains near this town is a Mi-8. It is described as a local tourist spot and looks like it is in use as a bedroom (for rent?). No rotorblades, but in bright yellow colours.
