Stripped Bell 206 is sitting on a ranch, next to a pond. At least not before 2022, as apparantly it was sold on an auction in that year.

Hard to say, but exact location wouldn't match the pictures. On the pictures the Helicopter is across the pond from the buildings, right at the pond's edge, quite out in the open. Though I cannot say of course if it has been moved around.
