Indeed looks like a MiG-23 from the GE images as well. Must have been a mixup with the Su-24 in the park as you suggest. Updated the description and removed the plane record from here.

Posted on 4 October 2021 by ChrisLThis is actually a MiG-23. The details of the Su-24 are applicable to the one in the nearby patriot park. It looked like a MiG-23UB but I can’t confirm that as we could only see the tail. It’s all silver with Ukrainian markings on the tail. It’s within a military compound. The gate was open so we drove in but didn’t make it to the MiG before we were stopped. Permission for a picture was refused.
