Thanks, finally that Huey confirmed. Also the P.149 has been changed because D-EMML was indeed a valid registration for that frame.
Posted on 17 March 2025 by AdminThe second unmarked Huey is 71+93, I read off the c/n plate in the cockpit as 8313 earlier this month. And you're correct CH-47 "147666" is an instructional airframe only, it was never an operational helicopter. The P.149 is marked as D-EMML by the way, I don't know whether it actually flew with that registration.
Posted on 16 March 2025 byI've added the D-HDLR, which should be a Bo.105, though I need some confirmation that indeed it is that one and part of the school's collection. The 147666 is not added, as it seems to be only a mock up for training purposes, not a real airframe. Though I am open to info that shows otherwise.
Posted on 7 November 2024 by AdminAgain on the 17th we noted - D-HDLR/N94MZ?, 147204 (also had its US reg on it), D-HLIR, 9126, YV647C, 4017, 4051 & 9946. Only noted one UH1 which was tail on directly in front of the large front window possibly LHS (any ideas please).
Posted on 18 June 2024 by Steven SpenceNow found out the second H47 is marked 147666 an unflown airframe
Posted on 29 April 2024 byLooked through windows 17th Apr 2024 147204 H47 read off another H47 was seen behind 147204 half covered in plastic covering. was told it is D-666 D-BJET D328J not read D-EMML P149 not read D-HLIR BK117 read off 40+17 Alpha Jet read off 40+51 Alpha Jet read off 70+95 UH1 serial painted out 71+93 UH1 serial painted out. 99+46 G91 not read off N911MZ BK117 YV-647C D228 read off 6Y-JQN D228 not read off. Unmarked D328 c/n 3225
Posted on 23 April 2024 byAgree, same 7095 can be seen on Google Maps images as well. Furthermore, there are really only 2 Hueys, not 3. From all the latest reports that I have been able to find, all seem to indicate that the Hueys weren't actually read off. It seems both have no external serial anymore. Seems like both will need to be checked from up close...
Posted on 4 November 2021 by AdminOn https://aero-bildung.de/en/our-training-facility/ you will find a panorama of one of the Huey cockpits; when you zoom in, at several locations it clearly shows 70+95, eg as the radio call at the dashboard, and several belts in the back. So it seems either 7135 or 7193 is wrong.
