So from the info, it makes the initial display the N598CA (now added). But as that one was smashed to bits, the current one is a replica and therefore no longer valid for this website. Thanks for the links, that does make it clear!
Posted on 22 September 2025 by AdminYes, the May 2020 Valkyrie was genuine. https://www.linkedin.com/posts/chennault-international-airport-authority_a-centauri-prototype-aircraft-has-been-installed-activity-6669023161247436800-ZhG2
Posted on 16 September 2025 by Richard SikorskiHere, it says the (presumably genuine) Valkyrie was installed in May 2020. https://www.facebook.com/chennaultair/posts/the-sun-rose-for-the-first-time-this-morning-on-a-new-permanent-sight-at-chennau/3079262075514395/
Posted on 16 September 2025 by Richard SikorskiThis may be a replica of one that was here until wrecked by Hurricane Laura in Aug 2020. https://www.facebook.com/watch/?v=926695821458124
Posted on 16 September 2025 by Richard SikorskiIt is now visible on Street View and does look a little too smooth for a real aircraft, I concur. Odd though, to go to the extreme of building a replica of a plane of which only three known examples were ever built... If it is real, there is really only one option (N514CA c/n PX02). To be confirmed either way.
Posted on 29 November 2023 by AdminStill present 24 Oct 2023, not convinced it's real. Likely, a replica.
