Thanks for the info. The Mi-1 is actually visible on Street view, all the way in the northwest corner of the compound. I have created a new location for that one: #19846. The others I assume will return to the museum and will remain as is, but good to know some planes may be at this compound at times.
Posted on 23 April 2018 by AdminOn the western side of the museum is an industrial complex with many military vehicles and rail access.During my visit in April`18 the Mil-1,one of the MiG-15s and one of the MiG-17s were inside this complex.The two jets were inside a shed adjacent to the row of fighters in the museum and looked to be under restoration.Their empty plinths in the museum presumably await their return.The helicopter,however,does not appear to be part of the museum and was stored with some armoured vehicles.it is not visible from the museum.
